Prayers

Life as I know it is not perfect, but until I walk in some people’s shoes... I HAVE NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN!

For every man and woman that seeks a job but just can’t seem to find one, for every one searching for love and comfort and peace of mind but always falls short, I am praying for you.

For every mother left to be the sole bread winner, not knowing how you’re going to make this work all on your own. Staying strong so the children don’t see you breaking down physically or emotionally; trying to comfort the kids when in truth you need comfort for yourself, I salute you and I am praying for you.

For every father left all alone, clueless as to how to efficiently raise a child but you still stick it out and try your best, learning step by step and day by day, new to the do’s and the don’ts, patiently learning and keeping your cool, I applaud you and I am praying for you.

For every mother that walked out on the child you carried and birthed, without a just cause, without warning and for every one of you that put material things before the child that needs you... For every one that place situations on your child that they don’t need to bear knowing the effect it’ll have on them... For every last one of you that put a man before your child the one who is dependent on you and he can say and do anything to hurt your child and it doesn’t faze you... I pray mercy on you.

For every father that leaves his child’s side, without logical reasoning... For the fathers that pose hurt, pain and discontentment on your children with the knowledge of what it will cause... For those that take care of a woman but forget their children’s needs... I pray mercy on you.

For every man that physically, emotionally and psychologically hurt his woman, the one who is faithful, the one who he sees everyday doing her best for him, taking care of him... I pray mercy on you. And for every woman that puts up with this treatment and still sticks it out... I pray wisdom and peace for you.

For every child that grew up not knowing a parent or their parents, for every child placed on the battlefield of life without armour and guidance... Left to fight on their own and figure things out by themselves... For them that have to provide for themselves... For those who cry themselves to sleep at night wishing they knew a better life... For those who suffer from the wrath of the ones they look up to... For the ones who are dumb out of fear because they have a voice... For the ones who feel the end is now or near... I pray hope, wisdom and peace for you.

For every parent experiencing an ungrateful child, one who doesn’t care for you and what you have done, what you are doing and what you will do, I pray patience on you. Your blessings are in store for you, and karma is bundled up at their door.

For those who are victims, forgive. Forgiveness shows strength, it is a testimony to those who inflict hurt upon you that “YOU DID NOT WIN!” It is an illustration that you are the bigger person. The saying says, “Forgive and forget,” but in my opinion don’t forget, LEARN... Learn from your obstacles don’t forget them because they are what made you who you are and should they replay if you forget, you’ll fall in the trap again.

For those who take and don’t give, who reap and never yet sowed... And lastly, for all you ignorant people who find it fit to judge other people but never once sat and sort your own life out and it is in fact in shambles. For those who hate, for those who are ungrateful and never appreciate the good you’ve done for them. I am grateful, because without you life would just be too easy.
